Witheasement, LLC ("Parcade," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Parcade platform (the "Platform"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you visit our website, create an account, or otherwise use our services. We collect information you provide directly to us, information we generate as you use the Platform, and in limited cases, information from third-party sources.
Account and Registration Information
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, phone number, mailing address, business name (if applicable), and any other information you provide during registration. You may also choose to provide additional profile details.
Payment and Billing Information
When you subscribe to a paid plan, we collect your credit card number, expiration date, billing address, and related payment information. This information is transmitted over encrypted connections to our third-party payment processor and is not stored on our servers in full, unencrypted form. Our payment processor retains billing details in accordance with its own privacy and security policies and applicable PCI-DSS standards.
User Content
We collect data, files, and other content you upload, input, or otherwise submit through the Platform.
Usage and Technical Information
We automatically collect certain information when you use the Platform, including your IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device identifiers, referring URL, pages visited, and timestamps. We may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies to collect this information.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect to provide, operate, maintain, and improve the Platform; process your subscription payments and send billing-related communications; send you administrative and transactional messages, including account confirmations, security alerts, and support responses; respond to your inquiries and provide customer support; analyze usage patterns to improve the user experience; comply with applicable legal obligations; and detect, investigate, and prevent fraudulent or unauthorized activity.
We do not use your personal information to train artificial intelligence or machine learning models for any purpose other than improving the Platform's direct functionality for you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
3. How We Handle Credit Card and Payment Data
Credit card and other financial data you provide is processed by our payment processor using industry-standard TLS encryption. We do not store your full credit card number on our systems. Our payment processor operates in compliance with PCI-DSS standards. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), credit card and payment information qualifies as sensitive personal information. California residents have specific rights regarding this data, described in Section 7 of this Policy.
4. Sharing of Information
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third parties. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:
Service Providers. We work with third-party vendors that perform services on our behalf, such as payment processing, data hosting, and analytics. These providers are contractually restricted to using your information only to perform those services.

You have the right to direct us to limit the use and disclosure of your sensitive personal information to uses necessary to provide the services you have requested.
Right to Non-Discrimination. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your CCPA rights.

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to maintain your session, remember your preferences, and gather analytics data. You may disable cookies through your browser settings, but certain Platform features may not function correctly without them.
9. Children's Privacy
The Platform is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we become aware that we have collected information from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
